Baby Freya and her two surviving siblings came to us from a family who found her in a camping trailer that had been relocated to their storage center. The well-meaning couple kept the babies overnight and did their best to feed them, but it was too much for their active lifestyle, and they were exhausted. Their youngest brother did not survive the night.
We rushed the next day to pick up the surviving babies. They were constipated from the commercial milk formula they had been fed, and they were clearly in distress. We quickly made our own formula and began the round the clock feedings. But as Freya got stronger, her two siblings got smaller and more weak.
Our resident momma Collette, with her own two kids -Aria and Reza- to feed, did her best with the three tiny babies to snuggle them in between feedings. After a few days, Freya no longer needed a human bottle and new mom Collette had a third baby! Sadly, Freya's original brother and sister passed away. She continues to grow big and strong, and can now walk on her own. Follow baby Freya and her adventures as the tiniest kitten in her new family as she explores the world around her.
